UK Shipping

We charge a flat rate of £12 for postage on most small items (candlesticks, ceramics, smaller objects). For larger pieces, including chairs, tables and cabinets, shipping is not included at checkout. These are available for collection from KT2, London. We’ll be in touch after your purchase to arrange a convenient time.
If you’d like help arranging a courier, just email us. We’re happy to assist where we can.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. If you need something urgently, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

International Shipping

We’re happy to explore international shipping on a case by case basis. Please email us with your location and the item you’re interested in, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Sustainability

All our packaging is reused or recyclable. It may not be the prettiest, but we believe in using materials more than once. Every piece we sell is vintage or antique. We’re here to give well made things another life, imperfections and all.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it. The item must be returned within 14 days of your order, in the same condition it arrived. We ask that you read the description and look closely at the photos before buying. Vintage pieces have honest wear, and that’s part of what makes them special.
We cannot refund original shipping costs or cover return postage.
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a full refund.
